9AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday (Office/Home/Field Based) As a Telecoms Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the IT and Telecoms hardware and software support across areas such as Telephony, Office 365, Cyber Security, Telecoms Hardware, or Wifi. Key Responsibilities
Operating 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support, assisting our base of SME customers in any area needed. Going out on customer sites when needed and resolving Hardware/Software issues. Being the voice of the company, and communicating with customers on the phone and face to face when needed. Experience Required
Experience working in a 1st and 2nd line position, with a background in Telephony and IT. System experience including Gamma Horizon and Office 365 is essential. Experience with Barracuda Cybersecurity preferred but not essential. Experience in installing and maintaining Telecoms services in a field-based role.
