The Role:

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Gameplay Programmer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about game development, with a strong background in gameplay programming. You will play a crucial role in shaping the player experience by developing and implementing gameplay systems and mechanics that are both engaging and innovative.

Design, implement, and optimize gameplay systems and mechanics for our Survival PvP game. Collaborate closely with game designers and other developers to bring game features from concept to completion. Develop responsive and adaptive gameplay that works across various scenarios and player interactions. Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code for gameplay features. Implement and refine core gameplay mechanics in line with design specifications. Work with the QA team to debug and resolve issues related to game functionality and performance. Optimize gameplay features for better performance and reduced memory usage on target platforms. Act as a mentor for more junior team members through the development and sharing of best practices.

We are looking for someone who:

Proficiency in C++ programming languages. Strong understanding of game development frameworks and Unreal Engine. Experience with implementing and optimizing gameplay systems and mechanics. Familiarity with multiplayer and networked game systems is a plus.

In addition, we expect you to have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on gameplay programming.
