Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in programming 3/5 axis milling machines using Hypermill, with prior experience in Fanuc controls, Siemens and Hurco being beneficial. CAD/CAM experience is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Program 3/5 axis milling machines using Hypermill to produce high-quality components
Work with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes
Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications
Proven experience programming 3/5 axis milling machines using Hypermill
Proficiency in operating CNC machines with prior experience in Fanuc controls, and familiarity with Siemens and Hurco being beneficial
CAD/CAM experience is essential
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Day-to-day
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand and execute machining requirements
Program CNC machines using Hypermill software
Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot any programming or machine operation issues as they arise
