Undertake discovery work to establish available data items in Domino products. Utilise the output from the discovery work to develop master product data framework. Extend the master data framework to support the visualisation of (1) common data items across all product ranges, and (2) variable data items unique to individual product ranges. Ensure that the master data framework supports hierarchical data representation – to facilitate the traceability of sub-parts and their aggregation into spare parts and products. Support the development of item identification technologies to enable the traceability of items utilisation across all process areas – such as sourcing, manufacturing, and service departments. Develop product data dictionary, in alignment with the product master data framework, to ensure all key product data are understood and used correctly. Responsible for the continuous assessment of product data analytics use cases’ requirements – and taking actions to bridge any gaps in product data completeness and quality, i.e., identifying, qualifying and pro-actively taking action to fill product data gaps. Support the development and maintenance of an enterprise product data dictionary that is aligned to other master data assets.
