Create, update and revise CAD drawings, especially for façade renovation, building upgrades, due diligence, site monitoring, among others; 2D drafting for construction/renovation of buildings that have a variety of materials (concrete both precast and cast in place, steel, wood, and masonry). Coordinate deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues. Assist in the development of internal standards and guidelines for work planning. Develop and maintain good professional relationships with partners, demonstrating good capability to grow the team. Develop team strategy, provide team and project leadership: planning, supervision, evaluation, resolution. Qualifications

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience working with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam. Experience in BIM is appreciated. Good knowledge of English. Additional languages (Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian…) are welcome. Work experience for international companies for infrastructure, particularly experience with drawings for American projects are preferred. Must have exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
