About the role We’re seeking an ambitious Senior Growth Manager, based in the UK, to lead

performance marketing deals with leading brands. Reporting to the Head of New Business, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to craft targeted stories that persuade prospects to become long-term agency clients. What you will do Manage your pipeline from lead generation to deal closure to meet your quota, handling tasks such as qualification, presentation creation, pitching, nurturing relationships, negotiating, and finalising sales Qualify inbound leads, ensuring their needs align with agency solutions Act as a trusted advisor with prospects to enable custom pitches and successful negotiations Develop strong working relationships across teams to align on services, value propositions, pricing, and to drive growth Represent the agency at key events and build strong relationships to help uncover new sales opportunities Work closely with marketing to ensure we produce relevant, compelling content that engages our target audiences and fuels productive nurturing, while establishing a feedback loop to continually refine and enhance our strategies Requirements

You have a deep understanding of the UK/US performance marketing landscape You have at least 4 years’ experience in a business development role pitching and retaining large brands within e-commerce, travel and finance You have proven success selling multi-channel deals worth £250K or more in annual revenue You have impeccable attention to detail, from email copy to pitch proposals You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of first impressions You’re a team player and can quickly build rapport with people You are highly ambitious and growth focussed OTE
