As Sales Team Lead, you will empower your team to excel while setting the standard by achieving and surpassing your own individual sales targets. You will live and breathe our GetGround values every day and use data to drive performance.

What you will do:

70% of your time: Account management and selling: Hit your individual sales targets by managing warm leads, ensuring seamless client consultations including pitching our all-in-one service and managing client accounts.

30% of your time: Lead and motivate the team: Manage, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed targets in a collaborative environment.

Performance Management through data: Continuously improve team performance using data, metrics, and KPIs.

Reporting & Collaboration: Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.

Use your creative thinking and drive to critically identify sales upselling opportunities.

Build strong, collaborative relationships with your colleagues.

About you:

SaaS Sales / business development experience.

An interest in property and property investments.

You are extremely driven to exceed your targets and still love delighting customers.

You’ve ideally been a team lead before, or have the skills to step up into a team leadership role.

Strong drive and motivation to work in a scaleup and go the extra mile - you are impact obsessed!

Excellent relationship building skills.

We have a fast interview process! It takes about 1 week end-to-end with three rounds of interviews.
