Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, with overtime available Enhanced DBS Required Are you a highly skilled and versatile engineer with experience in building services? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing service provider at a well-established educational institution based in E15, London. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per year, with the potential for overtime, and the chance to work with an employer who values its employees. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a variety of building systems. Work on both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of all building services. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems. Respond to breakdowns and provide high-quality service to ensure minimal disruption to the institution's daily operations. Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety procedures and compliance requirements. Keep accurate records of all maintenance work and report on service issues. Ideal Candidate: Qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical engineering. Demonstrable experience working across a range of building services. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and maintain multiple systems. Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check. Previous experience in an educational or similar environment is an advantage but not essential.
