Role Overview: Project Management:

Lead project planning and coordination efforts to ensure timely and efficient execution. Resource Allocation:

Optimize the deployment of company resources, including workforce and equipment, to maximize project outcomes. Procurement and Logistics:

Manage material orders and collaborate with the procurement team on purchase orders, ensuring smooth operational flow. Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary liaison for clients, resolving concerns and fostering strong, professional relationships. Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly within a dynamic team environment, contributing to and supporting collective goals. Quality Control:

Supervise subcontractor work to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile: Professional demeanor with a proactive work ethic. Possession of a full UK driving licence. Demonstrated experience in Solar PV system installations is highly desirable. Must be an 18th Edition Qualified Electrician with NVQ3 & AM2 credentials, or meet NICEIC requirements. 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification, or willingness to achieve. Experience as an NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor is preferred. A motivated individual with aspirations for career advancement within a growing sector. DBS clearance will be necessary. Basic proficiency in technical computing. What We Offer: Competitive salary range of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
