Ideally, you will have previous experience in Care / Support Work. However, if you are new to the role and have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us. We are currently looking for (full time and bank) support workers who live in or around Great Gonerby. We have 6 flats based in Great Gonerby and provide supported living for our service users who have Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
