Job Description: As a C# Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C# and SQL. You will also work on automating processes using Autosys and PowerShell to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain robust C# applications that meet business requirements. Write efficient and scalable SQL queries for data manipulation and reporting. Design and implement automation processes using Autosys to manage job scheduling and execution. Utilize PowerShell scripts to automate system administration tasks and improve operational workflows. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for reference and training. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in C# development with a strong focus on application development. Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries for relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Experience with job scheduling and automation using Autosys. Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and system management. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Remote Working / Office Presence: This hire would need to be in the office when required, this will be at River House, near the City center. The hire will need to be prepared at stages to come into the office 3 days per week requested by the client.
