NRG is thrilled to be partnering with a well-established and rapidly expanding MSP in their search for a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver outstanding technical support to a growing customer base. Our client is experiencing a significant period of growth and is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and ambitious work environment, with a strong focus on the professional development of their team. Responsibilities: Deliver advanced technical support to clients, addressing and resolving a wide range of issues up to second-line level, encompassing Microsoft technologies and VoIP systems. Offer on-site support to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively, ensuring clear communication with both internal teams and external partners. Take an active role in project delivery, including the installation and configuration of servers and networks to meet client requirements. Continuously provide insights and feedback to support the improvement of technical processes and service delivery. Log and analyse escalated issues, ensuring comprehensive resolutions are implemented to prevent recurrence. Essential Skills and Experience: Proficient in Office 365 administration, including user management and configuration. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Extensive experience with Windows Server administration (2016-2022). Strong knowledge of Azure platform management. Expertise in Active Directory for user and group management. Solid understanding of VoIP systems, SIP trunks, and digital telephony solutions. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment in a similar role. Seniority level:
