Their talented work spans a diverse portfolio of projects from hotels to retail, leisure, and residential projects. They have developed a strong network of clients, contractors, and other professionals and have earned an excellent reputation for their creative designs. Responsibilities: Produce high quality, accurate tender and construction packages. Confidently liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Work independently and hit the ground running. Contribute to company success and engage in continued professional development. Minimum Requirements: HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology or related subject. Several years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice. Experience working on commercial projects of varying scales. Proficiency in ArchiCAD is advantageous.
