We are on the lookout for a seasoned M365 Migration Manager to lead a crucial tenant-to-tenant migration project. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition of users and data, coordinating with key stakeholders, and managing an external migration team. You will be the cornerstone of ensuring that our migration project aligns perfectly with our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the entire M365 tenant-to-tenant migration process, aligning it meticulously with business needs and timelines. Strategically plan, coordinate, and execute the migration, ensuring comprehensive syncs and successful cutover. Maintain robust communication across project stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at all stages. Develop and manage detailed migration documentation and schedules, providing regular updates and reports on migration progress. Collaborate effectively with the change management team to guarantee a smooth user transition and timely communications. Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and report on project health to senior stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Proven expertise in managing staged migrations within large-scale IT transformation projects, specifically with Microsoft 365. Experience with tenant to tenant migrations. Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, project management, and team coordination. Deep understanding of M365 services including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Platform. Experience with Quest on Demand or similar migration tools is desirable. Strong analytical skills to foresee user impacts and manage migration engagements effectively. Inclusion at Wipro:
