IT Trainer

IT Trainer 6-month fixed term contract 50% office based / 50% working from home Law firm - Liverpool Working as part of a professional training team, you will be providing high-level IT training and support for the needs of the business, including remote and onsite training. The role only requires you to be in the office 2-3 days per week with the rest working from home, giving you a great work/life balance! Responsibilities Creating training material, preparing, and delivering training to internal users. This will include involvement in Firm-wide rollouts, new starter induction training, as well as the continuing development of Firm employees. Essential skills Must have experience of working as an IT Trainer in a professional services firm Experience of all Microsoft Office applications, in particular, MS Word Ability to deliver training to staff at all levels within the organisation, and with varying degrees of technical ability eLearning training tools - creating eLearning training for users Technical knowledge required - Windows 10, Office 365 Experience with document management systems such as iManage (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication skills Excellent presentation skills If this sounds like you, hit apply now!
