£60K Interaction Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Surveyor based in Hemel Hempstead. our client is seeking a skilled Chartered Surveyor with expertise in thermography to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Chartered Surveyor with thermography experience, you will play a key role in providing professional surveying services combined with advanced thermographic techniques. Your work will contribute to accurate diagnostics, ensuring compliance, improving energy efficiency, and supporting a range of clients in their property-related projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct property surveys using thermographic imaging equipment to detect thermal anomalies and assess building performance. Perform general building inspections and condition surveys, including defect analysis and reporting. Analyze thermographic data to provide actionable insights and comprehensive reports for clients. Advise clients on property-related matters, including energy efficiency, maintenance, and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions based on survey findings. Maintain and update knowledge of industry best practices, building regulations, and thermography advancements. Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all surveying activities. Requirements: MRICS or FRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor. Proven experience in thermography with a relevant certification (e.g., Level 1/2 Thermography qualification). Strong understanding of building pathology and thermal imaging techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using thermographic equipment and relevant software tools. Outstanding communication and report-writing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively. Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
