Job Description: Creative Delivery Manager Bupa Place, Salford Quays M50 3SP flexible, hybrid Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Salary £35500 - £44500K depending on experience We consider all types of flexibility wherever possible, including locations, hours and working patterns. We make health happen You’ll support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of key healthcare and marketing projects at Bupa. A fabulous opportunity to work closely with the delivery management team and collaborate across diverse teams, including marketing, product, and operations. You’ll help to make sure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our quality standards. How you’ll help us make health happen Work with the delivery management team and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Create detailed project plans and develop and document project plans. Coordinate with internal teams to organize project kick-off meetings, set clear expectations, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned. Assign tasks to relevant team members, set clear deadlines, and monitor progress to keep the project on track. Prepare and distribute weekly project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and any required actions. Support resource allocation to ensure projects stay within set project parameters. Serve as a key contact for project communications. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across departments, acting as a liaison to facilitate clear communication and smooth project flow. Schedule and manage regular check-in meetings with stakeholders. Support client-facing teams in managing expectations and ensuring that our project deliverables align with client needs and objectives. Regularly assess potential risks to project timelines, budget, or quality, and proactively work with senior managers to address any issues. Conduct periodic quality checks throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in resolving project-related issues, coordinating with relevant departments to find quick and effective solutions. Identify opportunities for improving project management processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and quality. You Project management experience gained within an agency environment would be ideal. Detail-oriented and highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines. Strong negotiator and commercially aware. Able to work across a variety of production processes and aware of technological developments in these.
