Support across all environments (from tooling to production, from CI/CD to application issues). Implement monitoring around the environments. Implement, maintain, and operate the Service Catalogue. Responsible for upgrades, maintenance, and patching. Responsible for backups. Facilitate knowledge sharing and education. Encourage best practices. Prevent teams from reinventing the wheel by solving common problems. Ensure smooth operation. Develop the offering. Skills & Experience:
DevOps knowledge (GreatSet, GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD, GitHub). AWS knowledge. Good experience in support functions (cloud support, Dev support, production support). 2-3 years of experience as a DevOps or in a related discipline. High level of autonomy. Salesforce package XML knowledge and Salesforce development skills. Job Type:
