This is an entry-level project management position. It involves working alongside the Sales & Integration team, supporting project management in delivering various projects and installations across the UK. The position aims to develop the skills and experience necessary to progress into independent project management. This role is well-suited for individuals from a technical entertainment background who are interested in constructing permanent integrated technical systems, such as architectural lighting networks or installed audio systems. Main Responsibilities

Collaborating with the project management team to assist on projects of all sizes, including completing project-related documentation such as health and safety documents, quality assurance documents, and site organisational documents. Working with clients to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction throughout the project delivery process. Supporting other members of the project team, including on-site engineers and support staff, to help project managers direct site workflow and ensure equipment installation is as intended. Collaborating with various Adlib teams on the project, including logistics and administration support teams, technical applications teams, and other teams within the organisation. Competent IT skills, including proficiency in Office/Outlook/Microsoft 365 applications. Experience with CAD software, either Autodesk or Vectorworks applications, is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Experience

Knowledge in at least one discipline, such as professional audio, video, and lighting equipment components and systems, with a basic understanding of other disciplines.
