fixed-term

Opportunities to earn more with our monthly performance bonus program A competitive parental support program Day-to-day responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experience Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values What success looks like in this role: Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
