Sales Director Salary & Benefits:

30k - 50k are negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience. Job Spec: Interbev Ireland is seeking an experienced and high-energy Sales Director with a proven track record of sales growth acceleration. Primary duties include collaborating with the company director to set revenue goals and strategies, and implementing a sales plan that drives revenue growth in the biscuit and confectionery industry. Previous experience in selling into this specific marketplace will be a distinct advantage. A successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive, and well organized – with excellent staffing, training, and oversight abilities. Must be able to define and execute effective sales strategies, business development, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Proactively service a long-standing customer base of retailers within the UK, Ireland, and Northern Ireland. Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels. Showcase and promote our year-round sales campaigns highlighting our competitiveness and range of products. Work with various departments within the business to ensure a high level of customer service is provided, including warehouse/distribution, customer service, finance, purchasing, and marketing. Have previous experience in selling into the retail sector, with a proven track record of winning new business. Experience in selling into the biscuit/snack/confectionery industry is a distinct advantage. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price in accordance with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills. Build new business within the territory using our extensive range of products. Possess a reasonable level of IT awareness and the ability to present to key decision makers is essential. Review and analyze internal reports to identify strengths and weaknesses.
