This is an excellent opportunity to join one of South Wales' most successful practices at Manager level, offering a clear platform to progress into senior management. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse client portfolio with increased responsibility. Oversee team portfolios and contribute to workflow planning. Achieve revenue and profitability targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with Directors/Partners. Provide proactive support to clients, reducing direct partner involvement. Deliver high-quality advice, working both independently and as part of a team.
