Build Relationships : Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across automotive dealerships and groups.
Strategic Customer Success : Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their goals through our innovative video platform and customer success methodologies.
Proactively Optimize Performance : Monitor client health using KPIs(NRR) and analytics, providing actionable insights to enhance ROI and retention.
Champion Engagement : Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement, reduce churn, and promote adoption of advanced features.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver seamless client experiences and innovative solutions.
Stay Ahead : Continuously stay informed about industry trends, dealership operations, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
What You’ll Need:
Language Skills : Fluency in Italian and English is a must, additional languages are a bonus.
Industry Expertise : +5 Years of proven experience in the automotive or marketing and/or SaaS industry with a deep understanding of dealership operations and digital marketing.
Customer Success Mindset : Experience with SaaS platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, CMS), with a focus on driving client satisfaction and retention.
Analytical Skills : A data-driven approach to decision-making and performance analysis.
