What you'll do Leadership & Team Development: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive exceptional performance. Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and team performance. Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture that values transparency, mutual respect, and accountability. Set clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team success. Partnership Development: Collaborate with Microsoft's sales teams, channel partners, and direct customers to identify AVD opportunities where Nerdio can offer solutions. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and increase Nerdio's market presence. Leverage your understanding of VDI and EUC technologies to position Nerdio as the preferred solution for AVD deployments. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyzing performance data to identify areas of improvement and drive sales effectiveness. Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to AVD and EUC. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and drive strategic decision-making. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance Nerdio's offerings and go-to-market strategies. Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry selling cloud computing, IT services, or software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. A proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Previous experience in managing a remote or distributed sales teams with strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their targets. Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and manage a team effectively. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies. Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Experience in building and maintaining partnerships or channel relationships.
