Overview This Hove based insurance business is growing rapidly. The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for prospecting and generating new sales leads. They have a very supportive culture and provide thorough training for all new joiners. The role Create quote appointments, targeted at 40 per month, with an income target of £5000 per month. To ensure the targets are met, you will be required to achieve 2 hours per day talk time. Manage own prospects, developing into quality sales appointments. Investigate and research prospects, updating the data, identifying key decision makers and the business profile. Obtain and confirm prospects' renewal dates. Deliver leads for a suite of products: Energy, Telecoms, IT, Employee Benefits, Recruitment & Consultancy, Business Supplies, Health Protection, Wealth Management & Finance, and Risk Management. Attend New Business team meetings and huddles. Ad-hoc project support. Knowledge & Experience: Demonstrable ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets. Proven track record of strong client relationships. Skills: Good interpersonal skills. Capable of working on own initiative and managing own workload effectively. Able to work cooperatively with other teams. Demonstrate resilience and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent negotiation skills. Competent with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Salary and Benefits Up to £28k FTE per annum for full-time hours (pro-rated for part-time hours). Salary dependent on experience. Plus commission and bonus payments. 28 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) per year, rising to 33 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays) after two years’ service. Pension 3% employer contribution (after qualifying period). Benefits programme which enables employees to annually claim for dental and optical plus additional benefits (after qualifying period). Private medical insurance offered to all employees and dependents after two years’ service. Support all staff with professional exams, both financially and through lunchtime workshops and mentoring. Hours and Location Please note, this will be an office-based position (Hove). Open to part-time hours as long as these can be spread across 5 days, or full-time.
