Opportunity: Six Physio has been a trusted name providing great Physiotherapy in London and further afield for the last 30 years. BWT Physio, an established clinic in Bournemouth and Poole, was recently acquired to expand the offering into Dorset. BWT rebranded to Six Physio in December, and we are now looking for the right growth-minded leader to drive the development of our Community Physiotherapy services in the region. Community Physiotherapy is a key part of our Dorset offering, delivering domiciliary, Orthopaedic, and Neuro care to individuals in their homes and care settings, through both 1:1 sessions and group classes. Responsibilities: The recruitment and development of Community Physio staff. Ensure service-specific induction for all new starters. Support your team’s continued professional development, while leading on all aspects of clinical governance for your team. Performance review process and ad hoc 1:1 catch ups with each team member as required. Input to team members objectives is critical. Regular reviews of the service with the Regional Director as appropriate to ensure the service is growing successfully. Understanding and appreciation of the financial contribution of the service to the business with a focus on achieving ambitious financial targets. Regular monthly review of key operational metrics with Regional Director – productivity, referrals in and out and to other Six services/referral partners with a focus on growing the service. Develop productive working relationships with the Senior Management of the Care Homes we provide a service in and ensure we are continuing to deliver on our service promises and growing our offering. Building relationships with key external referrers (acquiring new contacts and maintaining existing relationships such as Care Homes, GPs and Consultants) and local businesses. Working closely with the Regional Director to ensure service growth. Service coverage – ensuring appropriate cover across the target areas to meet patient requirements, utilising the skills of a multi-disciplinary team. Maintain a personal busy clinical list as appropriate – target to be reviewed regularly with the Regional Director.
