My client is a multi-discipline law firm that is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis in either their Felixstowe location or their Chelmsford office.
This role would include:
Working on a varied caseload of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, MBO's and share schemes.
Advising clients on corporate governance matters.
Advising on commercial contracts and terms of business.
Advising partners on opportunities to add value to the client experience and improve profitability for the team.
Supervising junior members of the team, with the aim of maximising the team's overall contribution and performance.
Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives.
