Responsibilities include: Working remotely using your own initiative and working to schedules. Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs of commercial vehicle tail lifts. Undertaking LOLER weight testing and repairs. When required, carrying out commercial vehicle body repairs and replacing exterior body parts including wing mirrors, trim, etc. Providing excellent customer service.
Experience required: Previous commercial vehicle tail lift service, maintenance, and repair work is essential. Knowledge of relevant LOLER or PUWER regulations for lifting equipment. Any welding or basic fabrication experience would be an advantage. Relevant electrical experience is expected. Full UK Driving Licence is essential. Excellent customer service abilities. Good communication skills. Excellent self-motivation and organizational skills.
Additional Details: Overtime and call-out/standby rates are paid. Call outs of 1-2 nights per week and weekends on a one-in-four week rota. 45 contracted hours per week. Immediate starts are available.
