London Description The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Consultant to join our Sustainability Consulting team. You will be responsible for developing and delivering end-to-end advisory programs for our global client base, and will operate as a subject matter expert in delivery and innovation. The person in this role will have the opportunity to build strong client relationships and shape sustainability strategies for numerous Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, while helping to grow the Incendium team. We are an agile consulting business, with our core team based out of our London office, complemented by other global office locations, including New York and Chicago, alongside a combination of remote work and at client locations. What will you be doing? Support development of strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Support management of key client instructions including development and implementation of client sustainability strategies across varied organisations and sectors. Collaborate with clients to develop ambitions, targets and strategic roadmaps that align with their business objectives. Design and support implementation of strategic organisational changes, addressing business processes, stakeholder engagement, and governance to support evolving ambitions. Develop strategic data insights and reporting outputs, aligning with frameworks such as SBTi, CDP & CSRD. Support the growth of the Incendium business through building client relationships, supporting growth of our team and championing the Incendium culture and ways of working. Who are we looking for? Alignment with our company behaviours: Play To Win, Own Your Outcome, Solve It Together, Help Each Other Grow Extensive experience in strategic sustainability consultancy or in-house expertise, particularly with large, complex organisations. Proficient in sustainability frameworks such as SBTi, CDP, ISSB, TNFD, and CSRD. Skilled in developing transition pathways focusing on key impact areas such as energy use, supply chains, and business travel. Strong sustainability strategy background, including designing and embedding sustainability within business strategies. Valuable experience in real estate consultancy to align with wider organisational efforts. Excellent programme management skills, capable of managing multiple projects with high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Exceptional adaptability, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments while meeting evolving client and industry needs. Effective communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster collaboration. Analytical expertise in interpreting complex data to deliver actionable insights. A bachelor's degree in a sustainability-related subject is desirable but not essential; a master's degree is an advantage. What's in it for you?
