Field Service Engineer / Field Service Forklift Truck Engineer, West Midlands, £35-45k.
My client operates within the Forklift Truck sector. They currently have a requirement for an experienced field service engineer to cover customers in the West Midlands.
Customer service is at the very heart of their business. They strongly believe that success relies on their employees' ability to really understand the needs and experiences of each customer. Your goal will be to give our customers a great impression and first-class service.
You will be dealing face-to-face with our customers, handling Forklift breakdowns, repairs & services, offering technical support and delivering outstanding service.
Hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm.
Candidates must have:
Minimum 3 years experience in forklift repair and maintenance. Full UK Driving License. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. High standards, flexibility, and attention to detail. They offer:
