Quantity Surveyor

to lead high-end residential projects in Surrey and beyond. This is your chance to work directly with the Head of Quantity Surveying on exciting projects valued up to 10M. Whether it's stunning new builds or transformative refurbishments, you'll play a key role in delivering bespoke developments while advancing your career in a consultancy that invests in your success. Your Role as Quantity Surveyor Take the reins on exceptional projects from inception to completion, guiding procurement strategy and advising on contractual claims while showcasing your expertise. Lead with Impact : Drive high-end residential projects through every stage of the lifecycle. Collaborate & Innovate : Work closely with the Head of Quantity Surveying and a talented team to exceed client expectations. Expand Your Expertise : Hone your skills across a mix of new builds and extensive refurbishments, ensuring no two days are ever the same. Who You Are Experienced Professional : A Quantity Surveying degree and at least 4 years of experience, ideally within a PQS/Cost Management environment. Technical Mastery : Strong pre- and post-contract expertise, confident in taking full ownership of projects. Mobile & Motivated : A driving licence and a proactive, client-focused approach.
