Electrical Assembly Technician

The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our clients Production team, where you will play a key role in the assembly and build of high-tech, cutting-edge products. This position allows you to develop new skills and work on some of our most complex system configurations. A strong engineering background and a high level of technical expertise are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Building systems, sub-assemblies, and piece parts for complex systems efficiently, ensuring compliance with quality standards and ISO requirements to meet production schedules. Ensuring adherence to the Bill of Materials (BOM) and customer specifications. Identifying and resolving build-related issues. Reporting technical challenges using the FRACAS process. Maintaining and enhancing technical competence through necessary training. Acting as a reference point to guide technicians in understanding and executing the build sequence. Training and mentoring less experienced technicians to improve team capability. Upholding the highest standards of build cleanliness, housekeeping, and Health and Safety in the build areas, while supporting and promoting 5S initiatives. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the Production Team. Working on a rotating shift pattern as notified by your Team Leader.
