Our client, a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, is currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding team in their Maidstone, Kent office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to become part of one of the UK's top 150 consultancies, working on a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, framework, and fire safety sectors, among others. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering these projects. Additionally, you will be involved in dilapidations, schedule of condition surveys, tender reviews, party wall matters, and specification writing, among other duties. Position Overview Projects across the residential, commercial, framework and fire safety sectors Project delivery and project management Dilapidations Schedule of conditions surveys Tender reviews Party wall work Specification writing. Position Requirements Minimum of 3 years' experience with another consultancy or client side Relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying Full driving licence To live within a commuting distance of Maidstone Position Remuneration Salary: £40k - £60k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate) Car Allowance Hybrid working 25 days holiday plus BH (increasing with service and also offers a buy/sell scheme) Professional fees paid Pension scheme Private medical cover (can be enhanced for additional benefits) Life insurance Enhanced Sick Pay Enhanced Maternity / Paternity pay Retail discounts Social events etc. Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
