to join a growing business. Responsibilities Installation: Install air source heat pumps in residential properties. Ensure all installations comply with industry standards, regulations, and manufacturer guidelines. Servicing and Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance and servicing of heat pump systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation. Conduct diagnostic tests to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Breakdown and Repairs: Respond promptly to breakdown calls, troubleshoot and repair faulty systems efficiently. Diagnose issues such as electrical faults or performance inefficiencies. Ensure a high first-time fix rate to minimise inconvenience to the customer. Customer Interaction: Provide clear, professional communication to customers about the work being carried out, any issues found, and how they are being resolved. Offer advice on system usage and energy efficiency. Requirements Strong understanding of heating systems. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, Heating, or equivalent qualification. Experience and/or interest in air source heat pumps preferred but not essential.
