What you'll be getting up to: We are looking to hire a Senior Application Support Engineer to contribute in keeping our customer-facing systems running smoothly 24/7 by responding to alerts and at times actively monitoring the applications and systems. Responsibilities:
Mitigate production incidents. Participate in incident triage and post-mortem reviews and document any findings. Proactively identify any potential issues to production. Track and document all issues and resolutions in detail through the ticketing system. Follow and create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to address recurring issues. Mentor colleagues. Participate in on-call rotation. Requirements:
Experience in supporting large-scale applications and systems. Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills including analyzing logs and audit trails. Experience in using and configuring monitoring tools such as Grafana and ELK. Experience in configuring, maintaining and routing alerts.
