What You'll Be Doing: As a Customer Support Engineer, you'll be at the heart of it all - working hands-on in the field to deliver top-notch service. Your responsibilities include: Field servicing, installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of innovative products. Keeping detailed service and test records to ensure flawless operations. Providing vital technical support to UK customers whenever needed. Working closely with service, technical support, and sales teams to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. Feeding back customer feedback, complaints, and sales opportunities to improve product design. What We're Looking For: Excellent technical ability and a knack for solving complex problems. Strong communication and customer care skills - you'll be the face of the company! A natural ability to approach fault finding with a logical, analytical mindset. Working knowledge of electronics, microprocessor-based products, and software-driven systems. Experience or an understanding of fluid/hydraulic systems or printing technology would be a bonus! What You Bring: You might be in a field-based role already, acting as the company ambassador, or perhaps you're a Mechanical/Electronic Engineer from the FMCG or Food sector looking for more variety, autonomy, and earning potential.
