Well-established, respected law firm looking for a Senior Litigator to join in their Leek office.
Our client is a multi-service legal practice with a national reach that prides itself on their excellent client care and experienced, specialist teams.
Within this role, you will be working on a varied Litigation caseload with some aspects of Corporate law. Your day-to-day duties may include:
Working on a mixed caseload of tribunal matters
Attending Court
Advising clients
Reviewing cases and ensuring everything is up to date
Applying strong case strategies
Taking part in pleadings, hearings, and disclosures
Witness statement preparation
The successful candidate for this Senior Litigator role will ideally have between 5-6 years PQE, be able to work well under pressure, be confident in their own ability, and want to establish themselves for a long-term career.
