Our client, an established M&E Contractor based in Hertfordshire, is rapidly expanding their HVAC department. They are looking to bring an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor with 6 years of knowledge to join the team. The ideal Supervisor will be based in North London. The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be working on the tools while supporting office/field-based work with the service manager, junior engineers, and apprentices, focusing on team development.
The Supervisor will be working across London and Hertfordshire, carrying out service and reactive work on split/multi-split, VRV/VRF, and air handling units. Reactive work will include a call-out rota with additional standby payment.

In addition to supporting fellow engineers, they will apply technical support, warranty, troubleshooting, and consultancy to clients when attending sites.
