SENAD Community provides high quality support for people of all ages who may have a disability, communication or specialist health needs. The ‘outstanding’ person centred support we deliver aims to maximise potential, encourages independence and helps to engage our service users in meaningful activities. The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; therefore, you must be flexible in your availability (both waking night & sleeps are available). We are recruiting for permanent roles, both full & part time. Full Time is 36 hours per week, Part Time is 24 hours per week, with shifts from 19:30pm to 07:30am. We are seeking support workers to work with a diverse group of individuals who may have one or more of the following challenges: Acquired brain injuries Mental health needs Learning and/or physical disabilities Autism Drug/Alcohol misuse Forensic backgrounds Homelessness About You We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible individual with excellent communication skills who shares our passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives. The role does not require any previous experience as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who shares our vision and ethos and can demonstrate positive values. It is crucial that the person in this role understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and always shows respect and dignity to those they are supporting.
