As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd line user support in a Windows environment and also provide a proactive support service for 2,000 mobile devices and fixed line telephones.
You will be responsible for mobile and fixed telephony administration, including configuring devices and MDM system management. You will liaise with 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and roll out new mobile services. In addition to this, you will also be involved with day-to-day IT support, so Windows OS and Active Directory support experience would be highly advantageous to your application.
