Job Description

You can make a difference! At Aspris Children's Services, we are searching for the right person to join and lead our home in Ibstock through the next exciting phase of its development. Our home is a detached property set in a rural location on the outskirts of a Leicestershire village, with access to Burton and Midland's Road network. The home provides a nurturing, supportive, structured and stable environment, on a 24-hour basis, for up to three young people aged up to 18 with emotional, developmental and/or behavioural difficulties. This is a fantastic role and opportunity to shape and change their lives in a safe, caring, loving and family environment. We are looking for someone to be the spark, utilising the support of the wider Aspris Group to develop and inspire both our staff and children to achieve their full potential.
