Overview: We are looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer – Electrical Bias, to work with a range of our clients within the Local Government and Education Sector, providing all relevant day-to-day Hard Services activities, including carrying out Planned, Reactive, Quoted and Minor Work on the Building Services Assets, providing an end-to-end Proactive and Reactive Service to our end line user, ensuring their Buildings and Estates remain Open, Safe, Fit and Compliant. Job Responsibilities: You will be responsible for ensuring our Clients' Buildings and Estates remain Open, Safe, Fit and Compliant, through completion of both Planned and Reactive maintenance tasks. You will provide a partnering-style maintenance service that ensures all Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met, feedback is provided timely to our onsite contacts and colleagues, liaising with both contractors and/or external suppliers as required. Systems feedback is mandatory through both Manual (paper) and Digital (mobile) platforms. Basic Reporting, Quoting and Condition Appraisal will also be necessary. Your attention to detail must be of the highest standard as should your client-facing skills. Your prestation on site should truly represent that: ‘Our customers' Business is our Business.' Your work should be carried out to the highest standard, working in line with all Legislation, Standards and Approved Codes of Practices.
