We are looking for insightful developers to bring powerful solutions to the data led world of Performance Engineering. The successful applicant will be working inside the simulation group at our Silverstone campus to optimise the process of developing, deploying and running simulations and enable us to race for wins and World Championships. Responsibilities will include:

Developing pipelines to robustly build and deploy models Integrating models built in MatLaB with a variety of orchestration systems for efficient running at scale Working with engineers across a variety of domains to identify and implement improvements to our tools and workflow Follow agile processes for project management Contribute to the development process through pull requests, builds and deployments Skills you will have:

Matlab, Kafka / RabbitMQ, SQL Server / MongoDB / InfluxDB, Rest / GraphQL / gRPC, Angular / React / Blazor, Git / Azure Devops, Docker / Kubernetes / Slurm You will have some familiarity with some aspects of our tech stack, but we are excited to hear about your experience and the creative flair that you can bring to the team. Applicants will be considered from all levels of experience, provided they are able to demonstrate the requisite skills. No prior motorsport experience is necessary.
