Come and join the Holy Trinity & St John's family. Our Inclusion team is expanding. We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Inclusion Team. The role will involve supporting pupils in our Special Resource Provision (SRP) who have a diagnosis of Autism and supporting the development, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of pupils across the school to improve access to learning. An interest in the Thrive approach will be advantageous. The successful candidate will join us within our purpose-built SRP environment and in our Thrive spaces across the school. You will be working with our existing Thrive practitioners to support the needs of individuals and groups of children across the school. If you are experienced, enthusiastic, and adaptable and have the passion to bring out and nurture the individual talents in our pupils, then please do phone for a visit to meet us and then complete the online application form. This is a term-time only contract - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm. The role includes a 30-minute lunch duty each day. The payscale will be Kent Range 4 £23,338 - £23,921 (pro rata). This is a permanent post. You will be our desirable candidate if: You have experience in supporting children with ASC and SEMH needs. You have an interest in or an understanding of The Thrive Approach. You enjoy working in a friendly team with like-minded people. You have a positive sense of humor and attitude. You are a clear communicator with adults and children. You have English and Maths GCSEs A* - C. You are a positive role model to all.
