As an

Area Manager

(South East Based)

at Everlast Gyms, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of multiple gym locations within a designated region. Your primary goal is to ensure that each gym in your area meets and exceeds operational standards, delivers exceptional customer service, and achieves commercial targets.

Job Description

Operational Management: Supervise and support gym managers within the assigned area. Ensure adherence to Everlast Gyms' operational policies and procedures. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in gym operations.

Commercial Performance: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals for each gym. Monitor financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location. Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across all gyms. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall member experience.

Marketing And Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective local marketing strategies. Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing recommendations for improvement. Develop and execute sales promotion activities.

Compliance And Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Everlast Gyms' standards. Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of services and facilities. Implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role within the fitness industry. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices. Ability to analyse financial data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to liaise professionally with FG stakeholders. Flexibility and the ability to travel between gym locations within the assigned area. Positive outlook and solutions driven. Consistent behaviour and resilient.
