We are currently supporting our fantastic client, an OFSTED grade 2 national training provider based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire, to recruit a full-time Sales Executive who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and sales support. If you are self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and a desire to achieve, then this may be the role for you!
The role involves selling the business's training courses to potential and existing clients, achieving direct sales based on regional intelligence data, monitoring and filtering all website/web chat inquiries, and liaising with the wider team to action any leads.
Hours
MON - THURS 8:30am - 4:30pm / FRI - 8:30am - 12:30pm
Key Experience Required:
Experience of generating outbound communication across multiple channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn. Experience in handling cold and warm leads. Experience of working in a sales and/or call centre environment. Proven success in a customer development role and proven to exceed targets. Proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload. Experience of B2B sales is an advantage. Able to demonstrate flexibility to achieve KPIs and targets. Strong communication skills are essential. Good IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Diligent with excellent attention to detail. Able to stay calm under pressure. Self-starting and highly motivated.
