About the role As Assistant Banqueting and Events Manager, you’ll work closely with the Banqueting and Events Manager to support and lead our food and beverage team. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll assist in delivering exceptional experiences across our events, from weddings to corporate gatherings. You’ll play a key role in the seamless execution of events, working collaboratively with other departments while ensuring our team delivers outstanding service. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and career within an ambitious and supportive F&B team. What we need from you Experience : Previous supervisory or management experience in a high-quality food and drink or events setting. Enthusiasm : A true passion for hospitality, paired with a positive attitude and focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Leadership : The ability to inspire and motivate the Banqueting and Events team, helping them perform at their best and deliver exceptional results.
