Engineer Trainer

to take the lead in developing and delivering technical training programmes for professional coffee and beverage equipment. The role involves creating engaging and effective training sessions to equip field engineers and technicians with the skills needed to install, maintain, and repair advanced machinery. You will also provide hands-on support, troubleshooting guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service. This role requires a strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing others. We are looking for an experienced

Engineer Trainer

with a strong background in delivering technical training to engineers or technicians. While experience within the coffee industry is not essential, you must have a proven ability to train professionals in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of breaking down complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance. You'll need a hands-on approach, a passion for developing others, and the flexibility to tailor training to suit diverse audiences.
