£15.00 - £17.00 (PAYE) per hour OR £19.89 - £22.55 (UMB) per hour Contract:

Full Time, 9 - 12 Month Contract (Inside IR35)

Our client requires a Service Delivery Planner to work with Engineers to ensure the smooth operation of site visits etc. They are committed to rewarding their employees for their impactful challenging work, so here are the perks:

You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Mathematics, or equivalent. Experience in demand planning, CRM systems, and data analysis. Knowledge of UK/Irish geography and proficiency in enterprise tools (e.g., SAP, ERP). Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and effective communication. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Flexibility to work outside core hours and adapt to hybrid working arrangements.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Monitor and balance demand-supply using digital tools and address imbalances. Manage short-term resource planning and support mid-to-long-term forecasting (3-12 months). Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address supply issues and improve processes. Communicate updates to customers and stakeholders, ensuring prioritisation based on business needs. Maintain accurate data for inventory management and adhere to process guidelines. Identify recurring issues, escalate as needed, and contribute to process improvements. Actively participate in personal development and team collaboration.
