Managing staff planning to run production to the day's targets Engaging with those on your shift to ensure they are confident in the expectations of their duties Line checks on produce against customer orders Health and Safety & PPE related recording Production run and packaging quality checks and related paperwork Overseeing the working areas, maintaining high levels of hygiene and tidiness Regular contact and relationship management with Team Leaders and other colleagues Working Hours
41.25 hours per week, various shifts available:
Day shift
- Monday to Friday 05.45 - 14.30
Back Shift
- Monday to Friday 14.45 - 23.30
Mixed Shift
- Sunday 07.15 - 16.00 & Monday to Thursday 14.45 - 23.30
Pay Rate
£14.79 per hour
£18.49 per hour O/T
Back shift allowance is £8.00 per shift (at least 6 hours gross must be worked after 14.00 to qualify).
